Growing up as a competitive athlete in the DMV, I competed at the National Level in both US Women’s Kayaking and Division 1 soccer at the University of Richmond. I am extremely motivated to work hard and succeed. While overcoming injuries in college, I truly found my love for understanding muscle movements, body mechanics and helping others attain their physical goals.
With over 10 years of experience, I have pinpointed the key to success with my clients, specifically, emphasizing the importance of improving balance, strength, core stability and flexibility.
